NABOB and The NABOB Telecommunications Education and Management Foundation is pleased to announce NABOB’s 2018 “Social Media Team”, Tayler Roby – James, Namon Jones and Nakaela Feagin-Hooks.

NABOB’s Social Media Strategy… CONNECT/EDUCATE/EMPOWER 

The Social Media Team is responsible for building NABOB’s social media footprint, promote its educational programs and provide relevant information to stakeholders on NABOB’s initiatives and efforts.

The team’s focus will be to connect NABOB members stations, connect NABOB members social networks, attract and retain new members, and connect a network of MSI graduates with the media industry.

Tayler is currently with for The Weather Channel as a Sr. Analyst, Strategic Insights in Atlanta, Georgia.

Namon works for BET Networks in NY, a Subsidiary of Viacom, Inc. as the Director of Sales, East Coast Digital, Social Media and Events.

Nakaela is with  by TEGNA Media in Atlanta, where she has worked in the media sales department since joining the company.

Collectively they bring over 40 years of progressive experience in the social media space that will help strengthen the association and build profitable relationships for its members.  Look for NABOB’s press release later this month on the TEAM.

Media “Learning” Series

On January 9th, 2018 at 2PM (EST)  Jim Winston, President of NABOB  will  host the first  “Webinar Learning Series” of the new year.  Title: “What’s In It For You and Your Station This Year”?

Contact knickens@nabob.org to register by January 5, 2018. This series is free for NABOB member stations and MSI graduates.
