PSP 1 has effectively combined the management model of “sense and respond” with behavioral, psychological and motivational instruments that improve communications,ultimately enhancing productivity throughout the entire organization. While PSP 1 is targeted to government agencies and the media industry, its program is not industry specific which makes its application relevant to other industries.

PSP 1’s team of facilitators have over 100 years of management and leadership experience combined. Founder Jeffrey P. Myers has over 30 years of media sales and management experience in radio and television. He has worked for ABC, CBS, NBC, PAX TV and Westinghouse Broadcasting.
